Новые 12-ти дюймовые защищенные ноутбуки HP EliteBook 2730p Tablet PC и EliteBook 2530p

Компания HP, поставщик ноутбуков номер один в мире, представила две новых модели защищенных ноутбуков на базе платформы Centrino 2 с 12-ти дюймовыми дисплеями: EliteBook 2530p и EliteBook 2730p Tablet PC. Обе новинки соответствуют стандартам защищенности MIL-STD 810F.
Модель 2730p является развитием прошлогодней HP 2710p. Помимо более быстрых процессоров Core 2 Duo ULV с частотой до 1.2Ггц или LV с частотой до 1.86Ггц, новинка таже получила специальное колесо прокрутки jog-dial. Новинка может снабжаться 1.8-дюймовым жестким диском с частотой вращения шпинделя 5400 об. мин. емкостью до 120Гб или 80GB SSD.
В ноутбуке используется дисплей с LED-backlit подсветкой, подсветка клавиатуры "Night Light", может устанавливаться опциональная вебкамера. Время автономной работы достигает 10-часов.
Модель с индексом 2530p предлагает почти теже самые характеристики, но уже в формате традиционного лаптопа. Ноутбук имеет более тонкий корпус по сравнению со своим трансформируемым собратом (25 мм vs. 28 мм) и имеет меньший вес (1.45 кг vs. 1.70 кг). Также эта новинка может иметь встроенный оптический привод.
